We pride ourselves on complete transparency to you, the Landlord. Some companies will tell you everything is fine but later to find out that the work or any issues haven’t been resolved; which inevitably increases turn-over. To provide the level of transparency that many Landlord’s expect, we log and update all processes for you, so you can comfortable view statuses on-line at your leisure. From the ground-level to the management view, we allow you to see everything via your secure web access.

Association Management Services

With us you will always know what you are paying for with our flat service rate. No surcharges, no added line items, no outrageous billing – just our flat rate that encompasses everything you need. Plus, we do not inflate subcontractor invoices – the cost they charge is passed directly to you.

Our flat condominium management fee includes:

• Complete financial and operations management
• Collection of all condo fees; accounts payable for all vendors
• Any and all notices and billing to residents
• Full financial administration and reporting including all banking, budgets, balance sheet & bank
  statement reconciliation
• 0% markup on all vendor and sub-contractor invoices
• Free weekly walkthroughs by our staff of common areas
• Negotiation of all contracts; Board approves all long term vendors before contract is signed
